1. Service Overview
OurByo, operated by CDR Zimbabwe, provides a micro-website hosting and business directory service for businesses in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription and Payment
The OurByo micro-website service is offered at $120 USD per year. Payment can be made in USD or equivalent ZWL via EcoCash or bank transfer. The subscription period is 12 months from the date of activation.
3. What Is Included
Your subscription includes up to 7 pages of web content, a photo gallery, contact form, WhatsApp integration, Google Maps embed, SEO optimisation, a business email address, and ongoing maintenance and security updates.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos). OurByo is granted a licence to display this content on the platform for the duration of your subscription. The website design, code, and platform infrastructure remain the property of CDR Zimbabwe.
5. Cancellation and Renewal
There are no long-term contracts. Your subscription will not auto-renew. If you choose not to renew, your micro-website will be deactivated at the end of your subscription period. Content is retained for 90 days after expiry.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OurByo to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
7. Content Updates
Reasonable content updates are included in your subscription. This includes text changes, photo updates, and minor layout adjustments. Major redesigns or additional pages beyond the 7-page limit may incur additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
OurByo and CDR Zimbabwe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
